Tire Lyna started as a ground up project in 1994. The Head office is based in North Vancouver, BC and we have distribution centers in USA, South America, UK and Asia.

We have been delivering superior tire casing solutions for Automotive, Transport, OTR, Mining and Private planes since 2001.

In 1994, I had a vision that launched us on a journey. It was a journey in which I engaged with a team of engineers and technicians and started research and development to develop a tire casing protector. Since we had no idea where to begin, our journey of discovery was an act of faith. We did not know what lay ahead, other than excitement and unpredictability.

We knew that it could be enthralling but would require patience, determination and tenacity. One of the lead engineer was Dr. Ken Pinder, who passed away peacefully in 2009. May GOD rest his soul in eternal peace.

We tried three different types of flat prevention liquids and wound up using Tire Lyna. We find that this product keeps the air where we set it and also balances and protects the cords if a nail or other object penetrates and tries to destroy our precious casings. The return on investment is amazing on straight cost and almost impossible to measure when you consider customer satisfaction or lack of plant shut down on JIT deliveries because we just don’t have as many blow outs or flats causing costly delays. Our drivers and O/O's can drive with a sense of relief knowing that if they hit a nail or bolt in the road they can ‘keep on trucking” as Tire Lyna will repair the hole as they drive andand will need no other maintenance....
