Tire Lyna’s biodegradable gel based technology is a result of an extensive R&D project conducted by chemical engineers and scientists at a number of labs in various parts of the world. The resulting technology has been tested over a seven year period for the following:
- Seals punctures as defined
- Seals and protects damaged area of steel belt
- No balance problems
- Seals against porosity and bead leaks
- Will not damage or react against inner liner and rim components
- Will not increase tire temperature
- Fulfils Commercial Retreaders requirements
- Operates in temperatures -60º F to +370º F
- Compatible with tubeless and tube-typed tires
- Operates at a pressure range of 2-160 PSI
- Will not deteriorate over the life of the tire
- Maintains its physical form and viscosity throughout the legal life of the tire.
- Performs to optimum standards with every type of tire composition
- Performs in all pneumatic tire configurations

tested the practical application and use of Tire Lyna. Detailed test results, including
