*Tire Lyna Does Not… Top nine reasons given to us by fleets about their past experience with tire sealant problems aka “Snake oils” * wheel or tire vibration * chemical reaction against tire's components * void of tire manufacturer's warranty * deteriorated over the life of the tread * dried out or hardened * separated or "balled up" * blocked valve stem * froze at temperatures below -20° F * product dried at temperatures over 260° F Tire Lyna will not cause wheel or tire vibration because of its mathematically calculated dosage, which forms an even protective gel coating on the inner liner vs the competitions dosage, which is two to three times of tire lyna. Tire Lyna uses safe environmental and biodegradable advanced technology chemicals that do not react against the tire's components vs the competition uses solvents and harmful glycols. Tire Lyna uses safe environmental and biodegradable advanced technology chemicals and will not void the tire manufacturer's warranty vs the competition that cause chamber fires using solvents. Tire Lyna's advanced technology will not deteriorate over the life of the tread vs the competition that use latex, gum and crushed rubber that break down with heat as tire temperature increases during operation. Tire Lyna performs in extreme temperature variations (up to 370oF) and will no dry out or harden vs the competition that dries out and hardens at over 260oF. Tire Lyna does not separate or ballup vs the competition uses synthetic heavy fibers that separate and ballup. Tire Lyna does not block up valves vs the competition uses polyethylene chips, crushed rubber or heavy fibers that create a valve blockage. Tire Lyna's non-toxic chemicals are easily washed out with water vs the competition uses harmful glycols, solvents and latex that require disposal permits. Tire Lyna is a preventative total maintenance product vs the competition which is also sold as a stop flat in aerosol cans designed to "repair" the tire after the puncture has occurred and are usually a temporary "get you home" and highly flammable. Tire Lyna is solvent free and nonflammable vs the competition using solvents is a threat to creating chamber fires during the retread process. Tire Lyna's bright green color helps to highlight puncture locations. Tire Lyna has a flash point of 789o F vs the competition's flash point of 550oF. Tire Lyna's advanced gel technology is the only product in its class qualified as a ground up technology by the Scientific Research and Experimental Development of Canada. Tire Lyna's research and development team of engineers and technicians included former technical advisors of Bridgestone/Firestone, Senior advisors (ITA) from The National Research Council of Canada / IRAP, Professor Emeritus of the chemical engineering dept. at the University of British Columbia, commercial tire dealers, retreaders and various scientists and chemical engineers from U.S.A, South Africa and Dow chemicals PPG thermo fluids. Tire Lyna is used in all commercial tires: Military, Over the road-long haul, Short haul, Mail delivery, Courier trucks and vans, Logging trucks, Bus/Coach, Motorhomes and R.V's (including 5th wheel), Tow trucks, Boat trailers, Loaders, Skid steers, Graders, Backhoes, Mining equipment, Logging equipment, Agriculture equipment, Forklifts, Construction equipment, Cranes, Tractors, Lawn and Garden equipment, ATV's, Golf carts & Bicycles. |
Tire Lyna forms an even protective gel coating on the inner liner and therefore uses less ounces per wheel (OPW) vs the competition, which use 3-5 times more OPW. Tire Lyna does not consist of polyethylene chips, crushed rubber, latex or silicon and will not ballup or harden during operation vs the competition using these material, which ballup and harden with the normal heat build up during operation. Tire Lyna's even protective gel coating does not create a blockage to the valve stem vs the competition that uses polyethylene chips and/or crushed rubber and/or heavy fibers that create valve blockage. Tire Lyna forms an even protective gel coating and does not pool to the bottom of the tire vs the competition, which most are made with 65-70% water content. Tire Lyna's gel coating is designed to stay in place and is easy to perform a section repair vs the competition, which uses a lot more product and is very messy to perform a section repair especially during a roadside repair. Tire Lyna's advanced technology has been approved and passed by various retread process vs the competition that uses solvents, which can cause chamber fires during retread. Tire Lyna uses safe puncture fillers that are easily found through the retread pre-inspection process vs the competition that uses polyethylene chips and/or crushed rubber and/or vulcanized rubber, which are sometimes difficult to find. Tire Lyna’s proprietary formula includes a high quality ferrous and non-ferrous anti corrosion agent and special fillers to protect steel belts from rust and corrosion vs the competition that cause rust and corrosion using low grade or no anti corrosion agents. | ||
